When we shipped your order, we sent you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. The shipping confirmation contains the tracking number for your package. A typical tracking number looks like this: CX 060 557 100 CA
Instructions for shipments to the USA: First try the Track & Confirm form. Enter the tracking number into the Enter Label Number field, press Go>, and the tracking system will let you know where your package is. If the Track & Confirm form responds There is no record of that item then use the Track a Package form. Enter the tracking number into the Item Number field, press Submit , and the tracking system will let you know where your package is.
Instructions for shipments to Canada: Use the Track a Package form. Enter the tracking number into the Item Number field, press Submit , and the tracking system will let you know where your package is.
If the Track & Confirm form responds There is no record of this item then use the Track a Package form. Enter the tracking number into the Item Number field, press Submit , and the tracking system will let you know where your package is.
Note1: Tracking numbers can be entered with or without spaces, however, you must include any letters at the beginning and the end of the number.
Note2: The estimated shipping time is in business days, not calendar days. Business days does not include weekends nor holidays.
If the Track a Package form isn't working properly, go to the Canada Post site and use the Track a Package menu item on the left side of the screen.
If the Track & Confirm form isn't working properly, go to the USPS site and use the Track & Confirm button on the top right of the screen.
